Mattoon

The City of Mattoon provides art and entertainment venues, retail centers, and a host of dining and lodging options. With a population of more than 17,000 residents, Mattoon offers a quality of life in the region that is second to none. Amenities abound with wonderful parks, two lakes, one private golf course and two public golf courses, two baseball and softball complexes, a T-ball complex, a 4th-year Junior football field with one main field and two half practice fields, plus newer soccer fields exhibit Mattoon’s variety of outdoor recreation. Mankato

As the county seat of Blue Earth County, Mankato is known as the Key City for its significance to industrial national, and international trade. Fans of the “Little House on the Prairie” books and television series may recognize the name of the town as the bigger city to which the family traveled from Walnut Grove. 

Today, Mankato is known for its outdoor recreational activities. Parks such as Minneopa State Park, Red Jacket Trail, Seven Mile Creek Park, and Reconciliation Park offer a variety of hiking, biking, and water activities. Snow ski enthusiasts enjoy the slopes in the winter at Mount Kato Ski Area. Plenty of offerings to keep children and families entertained include the Sibley Park Zoo, the Children’s Museum of Southern Minnesota, as well as many historical sites and museums. 

Adults can sample their favorite wines and beers at Javens Family Vineyard & Winery or Mankato Brewing. The Mogwai Collaborative is a workshare space that offers an open work area and private offices, meeting rooms, and networking opportunities. 

Located 75 miles from Mankato, the Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport is the major hub in the state and offers flights to and from destinations throughout the U.S. and the world.

Manchester

Manchester, New Hampshire, known as the state’s business capital, is the most populous city in New England.

Marion

Lima

Located in northwest Ohio, Lima is the county seat of Allen County. With city parks spread across 400 acres, including the Ottawa River Corridor Walkway and Bike Path, outdoor enthusiasts can explore more than six miles of paved trails. Logansport

Located in north-central Ohio, Marion offers the peaceful charm of a small town with the culture and entertainment of the big city.

Little Rock

Little Rock, the state capital of Arkansas, is the largest city in Arkansas and offers a wide variety of activities, including sports, museums and culture, nightlife, and dining. 

Arkansas is known as The Natural State and Little Rock is situated in the geographic center of its beauty and natural wonder. Pinnacle Mountain State Park offers stunning views and hikes for those seeking a little adventure, while the River Market area offers a variety of things to do, from dining, shopping, and listening to live music, to visiting the William J. Clinton Presidential Library or playing in Riverfront Park. 

Visitors can also shop more than 10,000 square feet of unique shops in the River Market. Louisville

Conveniently located on the Ohio River, and commonly referred to as the “Gateway to the South,” Louisville combines a rich culture with big-city perks. Louisville proudly hosts multiple world class events each year, including the Kentucky Derby and Thunder Over Louisville, the largest annual fireworks display in the U.S. Other notable events include the Forecastle Festival, which draws 35,000 music fans to Louisville Waterfront Park, as well as the Kentucky Bourbon Festival in nearby Bardstown. Long Beach

Located just 30 minutes outside Los Angeles, Long Beach offers a diverse community with a wide range of amenities.

Lorain

Located on the shores of Lake Erie in northeastern Ohio, Lorain is a diverse community with a friendly, small-town atmosphere.

Lincoln Park

As one of Michigan’s Downriver communities, Lincoln Park is located just 15 miles south of Detroit.

Linton

Located southeast of Terre Haute in the Bloomington metropolitan area, Linton’s ample outdoor recreation spaces provide fun for the whole family. Explore more than 9,000 acres of prairie and marsh habitat at Goose Pond Fish & Wildlife Area. Visit Greene-Sullivan State Forest to fish more than 120 lakes or take a relaxing horseback ride. Nearby, at Redbird State Recreation Area, enjoy hiking, mushroom hunting, or off-road vehicle trails. Golf 18 holes at Phil Harris Golf Course, or stargaze at Sunset Park & Lake Campground. Play tennis, basketball, horseshoes, or miniature golf at Humphreys Park, which is also home to many community events, including Easter egg hunts and Fourth of July fireworks displays. May through September, shop for fresh produce at the Linton Farmers’ Market, which offers locally-sourced fruits, vegetables, meats, and baked goods. Open seasonally, swim or host a pool party at A.M. Risher Swimming Pool. The pool features two diving areas, a designated kiddie pool, and a concession stand. In the fall, head downtown and check out Linton’s Fall Arts Festival where you can view local artisan displays, savor unique food, and hear live musical performances. Committed to business development, job prospects, and population growth, the city partners with Radius Indiana, a regional economic opportunities initiative. Ideal for working professionals, Linton offers easy access to Interstate 69 and is located less than 90 miles away from two airports, the Indianapolis International Airport and the Evansville Regional Airport.

Maryville

In north-central Blount County in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains lies Maryville, Tennessee. Surrounded by natural beauty, Maryville is a stone’s throw from some of the state’s most popular destinations, including Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Pigeon Forge.

Lubbock

Just 12 miles Northeast of the hot destination of downtown Austin, Manor has created its own, unique charm that residents can’t get enough of.
