Richland

Located deep in the heart of the Columbia Valley, and at the junction of the scenic Columbia and Yakima Rivers, the City of Richland, Washington, joins neighboring cities Pasco and Kennewick to form the Tri-Cities area of Washington state. Albuquerque

Camarillo

Located an hour north of Los Angeles, Camarillo offers a laid-back lifestyle with small-town charm.

Carlsbad

Carlsbad is the epitome of a well-rounded community. With a population of 32,238, it offers all of the amenities you need along with the outdoor recreation you want – and year-round at that! Cleveland

Considered a port city, Cleveland is located in northeastern Ohio, along the southern shore of Lake Erie, at the mouth of the Cuyahoga River. Lake Erie moderates the climate in the region and generally keeps the city cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter, while sometimes generating heavy “lake-effect” snow. Warm summers offer plenty of opportunity to spend time on the beaches or the lake, as well as biking or hiking. Winter activities include ice-skating, sledding, and riding toboggan chutes.
 
In addition to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, top Cleveland attractions include visiting the Cleveland Metroparks nature reserve system (dubbed “The Forest City”), Cleveland Museum of Art, West Side Market, Cleveland Metroparks Zoo, Edgewater Park, Cleveland Botanical Gardens, or watching a Guardians MLB baseball game at Progressive Field or a Browns NFL football game at FirstEnergy Stadium. Visitors can also tour the restored William G. Mather steamship through the Great Lakes Science Center.

Cleveland Metropolitan School District is the second largest in the state. Covering 79 square miles, the district offers 68 schools for K-8 grades and 39 high schools. The district has a matriculation rate of 80.1 percent, claiming the fastest growing graduation rate in the state.
 
Housing in Cleveland offers a mix of historic Greek revival architecture, as well as Colonial and craftsman/bungalows. It also features many modern suburban homes.

Known largely as an agricultural community just 55 miles east of San Francisco until the late 20th century, Brentwood, California, has become a bustling residential city experiencing rapid growth. Bluefield

Nestled along the Ridge and Valley Region of the Appalachian Mountains, Bluefield offers endless possibilities for outdoor recreation and exploration. Located more than 2,600 feet above sea level, Bluefield boasts unusually cool summer temperatures and proudly refers to itself as “Nature’s Air-Conditioned City.” This moderate climate provides the perfect backdrop to enjoy the annual Lemonade Festival, experience live music at the Bluefield Blues Festival, and catch a Bluefield Blue Jays game at Bowen Field.
