About Deming

Drive west from Las Cruces along the northern border of Mexico and you’ll find Deming, New Mexico, a community warm with history, activity and sunshine. Deming is the county seat of Luna County, which is part of the area obtained from Mexico by the treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo in 1846.
