Gulfport

Located in the Gulfport of Mississippi, Harrison County was voted America’s Most Affordable Beach Town in 2018 by Realtor.com. 

Don’t be fooled into thinking affordability means a lack of amenities. Huntingburg

Located in southwestern Indiana, Huntingburg is a friendly community full of small-town charm. 
Find the city’s history on display at the Huntingburg Museum, then stroll the brick-paved streets downtown to check out the Huntingburg Commercial Historic District Huntingburg Town Hall and Fire Engine House, both of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 
Visit Dubois County Park for hiking, fishing, and disc golfing, then cool off in the Huntingburg City Park swimming pool. Iowa City

Located in eastern Iowa, Iowa City is the state’s fifth-largest city.

Less than 30 minutes away, catch a flight at Cedar Rapids Municipal Airport, which offers many non-stop flights to destinations including Atlanta, Denver, Orlando, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Nashville.

Lima

Located in northwest Ohio, Lima is the county seat of Allen County. With city parks spread across 400 acres, including the Ottawa River Corridor Walkway and Bike Path, outdoor enthusiasts can explore more than six miles of paved trails. Situated on 1,500 acres, the Johnny Appleseed Metropolitan Park District contains 15 separate parks with recreational activities such as guided nature walks, archery, horseback riding, camping, and swimming.

Lebanon

Located in Wilson County, Lebanon sits five miles from the Cumberland River and 25 miles east of Nashville.

Climb aboard the Music Star train for a quick commute to the nearby cities of Nashville, Mt. Juliet, and Donelson. Check out the Lebanon Farmers’ Market and pick the freshest home-grown produce or stroll downtown’s public square, shopping at one of many historic Main Street stores.

Jenks

Jenks, Oklahoma offers a small-town charm and top-rated schools, but also resides just a few miles from Tulsa, giving residents plenty of options to explore the city.
