The program is designed not only to bring new talent into the classroom, but also to ensure they succeed and stay. Teach Kentucky understands the challenges that come with being a new teacher, especially in public education. That’s why they provide a robust support network, connecting participants with like-minded peers, experienced mentors, and a welcoming local community.

Teachers who join Teach Kentucky don’t just come for a job — they find a place to grow, lead, and thrive both professionally and personally.
