West Lafayette

Richland

Located deep in the heart of the Columbia Valley, and at the junction of the scenic Columbia and Yakima Rivers, the City of Richland, Washington, joins neighboring cities Pasco and Kennewick to form the Tri-Cities area of Washington state. The region is widely known for growing high-quality produce, an abundance of fresh salmon that spawn in local rivers, and as a hub for Pacific Northwest wineries, including the widely popular Barnard Griffin and Goose Ridge wineries. In fact, Richland features over 7,000 hectares planted with wine grapes, and residents can attend regular wine-tasting events and tours. The City of Richland offers a little something for everyone. The Richland Community Center — located adjacent to Howard Amon Park and overlooking the Columbia River — serves as a hub for community meetings and gatherings, weddings and events, and the site of the Richland Fall Carnival. Other notable attractions include the Spudnut Shop, as featured on Travel Channel’s Donut Paradise; Octopus’ Garden, a popular novelty store; and Richland Parkway, a business district teeming with local restaurants and markets. Looking to get away? The Tri-Cities Airport offers several daily nonstop flights to Seattle, as well as trips to San Francisco, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and more. Richland residents can also drive to major cities like Seattle, Spokane, and Portland, Oregon, in less than a half-day’s drive.

Gulfport

Located in the Gulfport of Mississippi, Harrison County was voted America’s Most Affordable Beach Town in 2018 by Realtor.com. 

Don’t be fooled into thinking affordability means a lack of amenities. Besides having some of the best white-sand beaches, Harrison County is also known for its downtown nightlife, superb museums, bike trails, world-class libraries, symphony, theatre, casinos, and golf courses. In fact, they have 15 golf courses! If you're a foodie, look no further. 

Known for some of the best seafood in the country, you will find everything from casual dining all the way up to the finest of restaurants. If all of that is not enough, Harrison County is known as a wonderful place to raise a family.

Fulshear

Rural charm just minutes away from bustling Houston and Sugar Land, but without the congestion? Sounds too good to be true, but “Small Town Charm meets Urban Sophistication” is exactly what makes Fulshear so unique and inviting. 

The city limits of Fulshear stretch across approximately 10 square miles of beautiful landscape including rolling terrain dotted with century-old hardwoods, grassy prairie land, and serene lowlands along the banks of the Brazos River. 

Primarily a farm and ranch community with a growing commercial district (the town has boomed since 2010 when the population was a mere 400), Fulshear offers its residents a relaxed, country lifestyle with the convenience of being minutes from major shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. Fulshear boasts a premier address featuring the highest per capita income and educational attainment in the area but equally offers a town rich in history.

Huntingburg

Located in southwestern Indiana, Huntingburg is a friendly community full of small-town charm. 
Find the city’s history on display at the Huntingburg Museum, then stroll the brick-paved streets downtown to check out the Huntingburg Commercial Historic District Huntingburg Town Hall and Fire Engine House, both of which are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. 
Visit Dubois County Park for hiking, fishing, and disc golfing, then cool off in the Huntingburg City Park swimming pool. Shop for trendy fashions at Single Thread Boutique, or hunt for antique treasures at Anything Collectible, Downtown Emporium, and Pickers Paradise. Located 47 miles southwest of Huntingburg, Evansville Regional Airport offers direct flights to Charlotte, Atlanta, Dallas, and more.

Fairfax County

With 1,150,309 people calling Fairfax County home, it’s the most populous jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It borders both the City of Alexandria and Arlington County and forms part of the suburban ring of Washington, D.C. Fairfax was the first U.S. county to reach a six-figure median household income. Due to its proximity to the nation’s capitol, many goverment organizations are located here such as the Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, as well as several Fortune 500 companies. While primarily suburban in character, the county is also home to rural areas, offering a plethora of options for activities – from parks to ample landmarks (Mount Vernon), shopping, dining, cultural experiences and much more. The beautiful Fairfax County lies in the Piedmont region, which boasts rolling hills and deep stream valleys such as Difficult Run and its tributaries. As you move westward, the hills give way to a flat, gentle valley which stretches to the Bull Run Mountains in neighboring Loudoun County. Corpus Christi

Huntington Beach

Located in the heart of Orange County, Huntington Beach is a vibrant coastal community with a hometown feel. Locals enjoy mild weather, beautiful beaches, and some of the most desirable neighborhoods in the country. Visit the downtown city center for shopping and dining, take a stroll along the famous Huntington Beach Pier, and finish your day with a traditional beach bonfire. Conveniently located an hour from Dallas Fort Worth International airport, Granbury is a small town gem that is rich in unique culture, deep in Texas history, and offers ample southern hospitality and charm.

Lafayette

The seat of Tippecanoe County in west-central Indiana, Greater Lafayette is rich with history, tradition, and beauty. A multi-faceted Midwestern community, Lafayette features a vibrant and growing downtown bustling with local shops and restaurants. 

Situated on the Wabash River, Lafayette offers plentiful outdoor activities, including over 40 parks and extensive trail systems. Lufkin

Texas Forest Country spans 12 counties in Eastern Texas: Angelina, Houston, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Tyler, and Trinity.

Rocky Mount

Franklin County, Virginia, is situated in the western piedmont, providing a nice variety of both flatlands on the east and the Blue Ridge Mountain peaks on the west. The county is nestled between two lakes, Philpott and Smith Mountain, giving the area its moniker of the “Land Between the Lakes and the Blue Ridge Mountains.”

The16-school Franklin County Public School District ranks above the state average in both math and reading proficiency, as well as among the top 30 percent of public schools in the state. The matriculation rate for graduating seniors in Franklin County is 89 percent.
 
Nearly every type of architecture can be found in homes in Franklin County, Virginia, from historic Queen Anne and traditional farmhouses to log cabins and modern-built houses. A short drive from any point in the county takes residents to local historic sites, museums, waterways, mountains, and the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway.
 
Rocky Mount, the county seat, is the largest town in Franklin County, located within a 45-minute drive of Roanoke, Virginia.

Gallatin

Located less than 30 miles from Nashville in Middle Tennessee, Gallatin serves as a suburb in the greater metropolitan area. With access to Cumberland River just to the north, this area of Tennessee is well-known for its natural beauty and provides ample opportunity to get out and enjoy the great outdoors, from hiking, biking, and kayaking to golfing and fishing. Campers and anglers love spending time at Bledsoe Creek State Park, located next to Old Hickory Lake with over six miles of hiking trails, and fitness buffs can workout on the paved jogging trails at Station Camp Greenway. Visitors can also take in a fun water tour with Cumberland River Cruises, or delve into the area’s rich history at sites such as the Douglass-Clark House, Historic Rose Mont, and the Sumner County Museum. Gallatin is located about 20 miles from the Nashville International Airport, a major hub offering many direct flights nationally and internationally.

Fond du Lac, a county of over 100,000 at the southern foot of Lake Winnebago, is French for “bottom of the lake,” but locals just call it Fondy. Neighborhoods sit close enough to the shoreline to make fishing, windsurfing, sailing and skating part of daily life. Every February, the city throws Sturgeon Spectacular: three days of spearing prehistoric fish through the ice, a state snow-sculpting championship, and a city-wide Bloody Mary contest. If you weren't already "hooked," add Mercury Marine’s global headquarters and a nationally recognized school turnaround - and Fondy gets interesting fast.

Claremore

Located in Northeastern Oklahoma, Claremore is part of the Tulsa metropolitan area. Nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, Claremore offers diverse cultural events, a charming historic district, and plentiful outdoor recreation opportunities.

Situated on 1,200 acres, fish Claremore Lake, or bike the 15-mile Claremore Mountain Bike Trail located along the lake’s east bank. Check out Will Rogers Park and cool off at the seasonal splash pad. Place a bet on your favorite horse at Will Rogers Downs or try your luck at the Cherokee Casino. 

Just 20 minutes away, the Tulsa International Airport offers direct flights to several popular destinations, including Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and Chicago.

Dublin

Located in western California near the San Francisco Bay, Dublin is a diverse and welcoming community with easy access to big city amenities. 

Learn about the city’s past at Dublin Heritage Park & Museums or the Murray Schoolhouse Museum. Enjoy amazing valley views while hiking the Martin Canyon Creek Trail, or spend a day swimming and splashing at The Wave Waterpark.
