Richland

Located deep in the heart of the Columbia Valley, and at the junction of the scenic Columbia and Yakima Rivers, the City of Richland, Washington, joins neighboring cities Pasco and Kennewick to form the Tri-Cities area of Washington state. The region is widely known for growing high-quality produce, an abundance of fresh salmon that spawn in local rivers, and as a hub for Pacific Northwest wineries, including the widely popular Barnard Griffin and Goose Ridge wineries. Camarillo

Located an hour north of Los Angeles, Camarillo offers a laid-back lifestyle with small-town charm.

Fort Wayne

Fort Smith

Fairfax County

With 1,150,309 people calling Fairfax County home, it’s the most populous jurisdiction in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It borders both the City of Alexandria and Arlington County and forms part of the suburban ring of Washington, D.C. Fairfax was the first U.S. county to reach a six-figure median household income. Due to its proximity to the nation’s capitol, many goverment organizations are located here such as the Central Intelligence Agency, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, National Reconnaissance Office, as well as several Fortune 500 companies. While primarily suburban in character, the county is also home to rural areas, offering a plethora of options for activities – from parks to ample landmarks (Mount Vernon), shopping, dining, cultural experiences and much more. The beautiful Fairfax County lies in the Piedmont region, which boasts rolling hills and deep stream valleys such as Difficult Run and its tributaries. Located in north-central Iowa, the city of Britt prides itself as a tight-knit community with a knack for hospitality and fellowship. Located two hours away, Des Moines International Airport offers daily nonstop flights to exciting destinations like San Diego, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., New York City, Orlando, Denver, and more.

Brentwood

Known largely as an agricultural community just 55 miles east of San Francisco until the late 20th century, Brentwood, California, has become a bustling residential city experiencing rapid growth. Fortunately for produce lovers, the farming traditions have carried over, and the region is still known for its abundance of corn and stone fruits like peaches and cherries. And did we mention the wine? Nearby award-winning wineries like Bloomfield, Tamayo, and Hannah Nicole have become a staple of the area. Costa Mesa

Situated in the idylic Orange County of southern, sunny California, Costa Mesa, the “City of Arts”, is the perfect place to work, live, eat, play – and just about anything else you can dream up. 

The diverse city has rapidly grown from a semi-rural farming community to an urban area. Costa Mesa is located 37 miles southeast of Los Angeles and 87 miles northwest of San Diego and caters to millions of visitors the OC welcomes annually. Located in northeast Oklahoma, Broken Arrow offers small-town charm and a relaxed, suburban lifestyle. Granbury

Conveniently located an hour from Dallas Fort Worth International airport, Granbury is a small town gem that is rich in unique culture, deep in Texas history, and offers ample southern hospitality and charm.

Lufkin

Texas Forest Country spans 12 counties in Eastern Texas: Angelina, Houston, Jasper, Nacogdoches, Newton, Polk, Sabine, San Augustine, San Jacinto, Shelby, Tyler, and Trinity.   

The area’s continued economic growth and overall quality of life attracts jobs from manufacturing, education, retail, health care, and social services industries. 

Texas Forest Country is home to five national forests: Angelina, Sabine, Davy Crockett, Sam Houston, and the Big Thicket National Preserve. Spanning more than 634,000 acres, these forests offer exceptional recreational opportunities from hiking and horseback riding to swimming and camping. 

Fun for the whole family, visit Grapeland Safari in Houston County, a 60-acre drive-thru facility featuring more than 400 animals. Stop and smell the roses in Tyler County, host of the annual Texas Rose Festival, which takes place the third weekend of October. Open year-round, the world-famous Tyler Rose Garden showcases more than 500 rose varieties. 

Check out Sam Rayburn Reservoir, renowned for bass fishing and tournaments. Called the “Jewel of the Forest,” Jasper County is located near the Neches and Angelina rivers. There, Martin Dies, Jr. State Park offers canoeing tours, night hikes, and star parties. Discover dinosaur bones, and even some unhatched dinosaur eggs, at Angelina County’s Naranjo Natural History Museum. 

Nearby, the East Texas Regional Airport offers flights from many airlines such as American, Alaskan, Envoy, and Qatar.

Rocky Mount

Franklin County, Virginia, is situated in the western piedmont, providing a nice variety of both flatlands on the east and the Blue Ridge Mountain peaks on the west. The county is nestled between two lakes, Philpott and Smith Mountain, giving the area its moniker of the “Land Between the Lakes and the Blue Ridge Mountains.” 

Hot summer weather provides ample opportunity to hike, bike, golf, boat, swim, waterski, float on the river, and enjoy the outdoors. The Blue Ridge Parkway, which runs along the western edge of the county, delights motorists and motorcycle enthusiasts.

The16-school Franklin County Public School District ranks above the state average in both math and reading proficiency, as well as among the top 30 percent of public schools in the state. The matriculation rate for graduating seniors in Franklin County is 89 percent.
 
Nearly every type of architecture can be found in homes in Franklin County, Virginia, from historic Queen Anne and traditional farmhouses to log cabins and modern-built houses. A short drive from any point in the county takes residents to local historic sites, museums, waterways, mountains, and the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway.
 
Rocky Mount, the county seat, is the largest town in Franklin County, located within a 45-minute drive of Roanoke, Virginia.

Gallatin

Located less than 30 miles from Nashville in Middle Tennessee, Gallatin serves as a suburb in the greater metropolitan area. With access to Cumberland River just to the north, this area of Tennessee is well-known for its natural beauty and provides ample opportunity to get out and enjoy the great outdoors, from hiking, biking, and kayaking to golfing and fishing. Campers and anglers love spending time at Bledsoe Creek State Park, located next to Old Hickory Lake with over six miles of hiking trails, and fitness buffs can workout on the paved jogging trails at Station Camp Greenway. Visitors can also take in a fun water tour with Cumberland River Cruises, or delve into the area’s rich history at sites such as the Douglass-Clark House, Historic Rose Mont, and the Sumner County Museum. Claremore

Located in Northeastern Oklahoma, Claremore is part of the Tulsa metropolitan area. Nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains, Claremore offers diverse cultural events, a charming historic district, and plentiful outdoor recreation opportunities. 

Tour the Will Rogers Museum and view the world’s largest collection of his works. Situated on 1,200 acres, fish Claremore Lake, or bike the 15-mile Claremore Mountain Bike Trail located along the lake’s east bank. Check out Will Rogers Park and cool off at the seasonal splash pad. Place a bet on your favorite horse at Will Rogers Downs or try your luck at the Cherokee Casino. 

Just 20 minutes away, the Tulsa International Airport offers direct flights to several popular destinations, including Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and Chicago.

Dublin
