Bill and Judy Coddington have proudly owned and operated the Rusty Barrell Supper Club for over 40 years. Today, the tradition continues as their son Rick and his wife Kim take over. Since 1976, people from more than 66 foreign countries and all 50 states have enjoyed the Rusty Barrell Supper Club's delicious steaks, potatoes, and salad bar that has been reported as "one of the best in town!"

Founded on September 16, 1893, Ponca City has a rich history rooted in oil, agriculture, and industry. Have a bit of a green thumb or simply enjoy fresh herbs from local vendors? The Ponca City Herb Festival is held the first Saturday in June each year with free admission on the beautiful grounds of Cann Memorial Botanical Gardens.

This year’s festival takes place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, and will feature over 100 vendors from Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Colorado, and Arkansas. Visitors can browse rows of fresh herbs, plants, vegetables, primitive birdhouses, yard and garden décor, quilts, arts and crafts, antiques, herbal vinegars and oils, handmade baskets, candles, jams and jellies, soaps, furniture, stoneware, and more.

The event is a family-friendly favorite, with children’s activities, food trucks, entertainment, and educational seminars for those interested in learning more about growing and nurturing their own plants. One of Ponca City’s most well-attended events of the year, all proceeds support the Survivor Resource Network, Inc.
