Mark and Tiffany moved back to Terre Haute with their three girls and are working hard to make their community better each day. They’re renovating old homes and starting new community events like the 

 Jennifer teaches communication at ISU and started a volunteer group called the 

, whose goal is “Cleaning up the Haute....one bag at a time.” 

Here’s a couple other reasons we’re loving Terre Haute:

 This neighborhood has seen some HISTORY. John Dillinger is rumored to have been spotted in the area, I mean, there 

 a bank here. But 12 Points is most exciting for what it’s becoming: a place to live (in 

 is FIRE and I highly recommend the Everyday Seasoning Salt), and celebrate 

 - LT Thompson, who serves as the Black Business Alliance Coordinator for the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce, owns this local gym. LT moved to Terre Haute to play football at Indiana State University and chose to stay!

 - Tim and Kelly Drake had a dream of bringing live music to the Wabash Valley and they’ve done just that. Check out their summer lineup!

The District hosts shopping for vinyl records, vintage clothing, cheesecake, kombucha, spices and teas, and all kinds of local merchandise and art.  When you shop in 12 Points, you are truly supporting local families.  

During the warm months, 12 Points also hosts Indiana's FIRST Food Truck Court!  I love this neighborhood in our community.  It is bustling on the weekends and will be especially busy with locals and tourists on Small Business Saturday!
