Moved to Salina Kansas!
With the help of the MakeMyMove program, my wife and I just relocated to Salina Kansas from Colorado to be closer to family and take advantage of everything Salina has to offer. The town is a great little city with everything you could need and lots of opportunities, but still a small town feel. We love that it only takes 10-15 minutes to get from one side of town to the other, there is rarely and traffic, and we have lots of options for shopping, dining and activities. It is early in the spring, but we have enjoyed the weather and look forward to having 4 seasons to enjoy. The community has been very welcoming and everyone we have dealt with or worked with has been amazing, from our realtor to local professionals to our new neighbors. We feel at home already and it's only been a month. The MakeMyMove program was a huge help to make this move possible and we are very thankful to have been able to be a part of what they have to offer. The welcome wagon is amazing and we have already used several of the items and offers. We look forward to becoming more involved in the community and to having many great years in Salina Kansas.
The picture included was taken at the Selfie Station on Santa Fe where we had a great time with our family! I wasn't sure about it when I first saw it, but we had a lot of fun and I recommend it if you get the chance.
