Tulsa Remote is building and fostering a thriving remote work community in Tulsa. We offer resources to help newcomers thrive, an active and supportive community, and $10,000 to help you make Tulsa your new home.
We're not just building a community for remote workers; we're shaping the future of our city. By paying full-time remote workers $10,000 to live and work in Tulsa, we’re fostering a one-of-a-kind community and creating more opportunities for all Tulsans to live, work, and grow.

Our community is made up of 3,500+ remote workers, a support network of lifetime Tulsans, longtime transplants, and our amazing staff - and we're all proud to call Tulsa home. 💻 Collaborative Coworking - A three-year free membership at Gradient, a dynamic coworking space designed with remote workers in mind.
❤️ Wellness Resources - Members receive perks through Benepass, a well-being platform with access to local fitness studios, wellness spas and mental health providers.
✈️ Visit Tulsa Before You Move - Program finalists are invited to attend a Hosted Visit. Explore the city with our team and get your remaining questions about Tulsa answered.
🤝 One-on-One Support - Each new member of Tulsa Remote is assigned a team member dedicated to helping you get involved in our program and the greater Tulsa community.
📱 Slack Community - Slack is where Remoters connect, share, and learn. With thousands of members, you can get anything from a restaurant recommendation to startup advice.
🗓️ Events and Meetups - Our staff coordinates dozens of events each month, all exclusively for Remoters. Come enjoy events ranging from family park days to music concerts to beer tastings.

You must meet five eligibility requirements to be considered for the Tulsa Remote Program:
You are at least 18 years of age
You are authorized to work in the United States
You currently have full-time, remote employment outside of Oklahoma
You can relocate to Tulsa within 12 months of approval
You have lived outside of Oklahoma for one full year before applying

When did Tulsa Remote begin?
Tulsa Remote launched in November 2018 in an effort to recruit a diverse group of remote workers across multiple industries to relocate and be a part of the existing growth happening in Tulsa.
Who is the ideal candidate for this program?
The ideal candidate for Tulsa Remote is a fully-employed individual with the flexibility to work anywhere, who does not currently reside in Oklahoma or work for a company based in Oklahoma, and is looking for a community to call home. While the program is only a one-year commitment, the ideal candidate is open to calling Tulsa their home long-term.
