Currently reside outside of Delaware County
Will relocate primary residence to Muncie within 6 months
Will secure full-time employment in Muncie earning at least $50,000 annually for the entirety of the program term
Will provide employment and residency documentation to determine eligibility
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible

I’m a current resident of the state—am I eligible for the program?
Probably not. Most programs require that you move from out of state. But you can check the Eligibility Requirements section of the program’s page to be sure.
How long will I need to reside in the new community?
Most programs require that you stay at least a year. But we hope you’ll love the place so much, you’ll still call it home long after your first year.
How much does it cost?
