This program exists to help you find local employment, offset some of your move costs with $5,000 cash, and provide support as you settle into the community. In addition to the region's centralized job board, participants will receive support from the program in their employment search. We can't wait to meet you!

Located right between Kansas City and Denver, Plainville is offering a free lot to new residents that build a house in the region.  Camp and fish at Plainville Lake, or visit the shops and small businesses of Main Street.  

Osborne

The best of both worlds awaits remote workers in small town Osborne, Kansas. The city is equipped with fiber - so while your day to day pace might slow down, rest assured your internet speed will not. Osborne offers you free land for the construction of your own home on the western side of the city, in what's referred to as the Sunset Addition. Every modern amenity meets the serene and breathtaking scenery of the Blue Hills in Osborne. In fact, bring your bike with you to enjoy the winding bike trails along the Solomon River.
