The Northwest Kansas Region is looking for people who:
Are employed full-time and able to relocate while retaining their current position, or
Are self-employed and able to relocate while retaining their current clients/portfolio
Earn at least $50,000 annually
Are 18 years or older
Currently reside outside the state of Kansas
Must relocate primary residence to Russell County within 6 months
In order to be considered by Russell County, you must provide proof of the above eligibility criteria

What is a remote worker?
Remote workers are employed full-time and typically do their jobs from a computer. They can work from their house, an office, a co-working space, coffee shop, maybe sometimes from the bleachers at their kids' swim meet. Remote workers who have moved through our programs have titles like Customer Service Agent, Software Engineer, Insurance Advisor, and more. Examples of roles that aren't considered remote include Delivery Driver, Mechanic, and Cashier.

How It Works
