The new Texarkana trolley will begin rolling soon across Texarkana! This beautifully restored trolley was brought to life the Visit Texarkana and the Texarkana Arts and Historic District. It has a gorgeous interior, with original wood paneling and the bell pull cord as well. The trolley will be giving historic tours in downtown Texarkana soon and may be available for events as well.
