Bringle Lake Park is a beautiful park on the Texas side, over by the Texas A & M Texarkana campus. There are two sides (east and west) and both offer quite a range of amenities and activities. On the east side, there is a nature trail which is not paved but fairly flat and smooth (a jogging stroller would be fine) along with some single track trails for hiking, running, biking or walking. Thanks to a volunteer group at 

there are some brand new bridges over low spots on the trail too. It's a wonderful place to spend time in nature, observe wildlife, and get some exercise as well.
