Texarkana has free, public pickleball courts! The Southwest Recreation Center, managed by the City of Texarkana, Texas Parks and Recreation, has 6 pickleball courts and 2 tennis courts. They're divided by fences and the courts have lights too. The recreation center has recently broke ground to begin construction on additional pickleball courts. During the week, they host a variety of free classes as well.
