Texarkana has great amenities for pets as well. There are several wonderful parks, including Spring Lake Park. The park has wide open spaces, a walking trail, disc golf, and a dog park! It has water spigots available, and enclosed play areas for larger dogs and another for smaller dogs too. It's well shaded and has some benches to sit down as well. You'll find it just off of Interstate 30, in Spring Lake Park.
