Downtown Texarkana hosts a fun event on the second Friday of each month. Various businesses stay open a little later, you'll see artists working on street corners and live music at various venues across both sides of the state line. A new special - the Arts and Historic District trolley will be running a route! Check it out on the second Friday of the month from 6 PM to 9 PM.
