Recently, the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce held their annual awards banquet. There are awards for several categories of businesses, and a very exciting award happened for the Arkansas side of the city. 

in downtown Texarkana, Arkansas took home the prize for Restaurant of the Year. Hopkins was one of the first restaurants to move to downtown and kicked off the revitalization efforts. It's a staple in the Texarkana community, serving up delicious food for lunch and dinner, along with great music from local bands and artists. Be sure to check them out sometime.
