Front Street Festival Plaza

There's a new mural on the ground in front of the festival space in downtown Texarkana, Arkansas! Artist David Freeman recently completed this large scale art piece, by Front Street Festival Plaza. The plaza is host to many festivals, gatherings, and events throughout the year. With The Loading Dock stage, it's also a great music venue!
