This park is a gem in Texarkana, Arkansas. It features a nearly one mile (paved and lit) walking path, a stocked pond to fish (Lake Dieffenbacher, Arkansas fishing license required for ate 16 and up). The park also has a shaded playground with multiple play structures and two pavilions for rent. It's a wonderful place to birdwatch and look for turtles as well.
