1923 Banana Club is a Prohibition-era speakeasy in the basement of the Historic 1894 City Market at 223 E Front St on the Arkansas side of downtown Texarkana. Thursday to Saturday nights we cool off with cold drinks, live music, low light, and eclectic decor.

Craft cocktails lead the night, with a Lemon Drop Martini that gets steady praise. Immersive dinner theater and Phantom-themed evenings make it a favorite for date nights and groups. It’s usually planned as a mid-range splurge. Street and lot parking serve the block, and downtown walks feel easy. Daytime visits sometimes include families.
