La Fiesta - A Food Critic's Review

I’ll tell you what folks La Fiesta came to play today. Ordered the carnitas quesadilla, asada and barbocoa tacos, I’m not usual impressed but I’m glad that La Chela in Indianapolis doesn’t have to compete against these guys. Just would be brutal trench-warfare if they did. Absolute stunning performance by the Carnitas quesadilla really the star of the show perfectly roasted/seasoned pork paired with the melty cheese that wasn’t overwhelming reminded me of the combo of my friend and I on the basketball courts in our heyday really special stuff. Two absolute team guys that I won’t let go unnoticed were the green salsa and crispness of the quesadilla shell. Two players you won’t see big stats on the box score but made all the difference in the meal really supportive of their careers going forward. Also, the picturesque river setting in the background definitely enhanced the flavors as well). Overall meal 9.3/10, which if you don’t know my scorecard it’s unbelievable hard to get in the 9’s. If you’re ever in Logansport need to give La Fiesta a visit it lives up to the hype.

Until next time Logansport,

-Luke
