Absolutely worth it.

I was a bit skeptical moving to a new place out of the blue. It's easier to remain in the familiar. Moving takes a re-evaluation of employment, relationships, living conditions, and legalities, among others.

Noblesville had one of the best relocation packages, and I was able to accept - and so I did. I've enjoyed every step of the way and even more so now that I'm here.

I'm a remote worker but I like to stay active and network with others when I can. Noblesville meets all my criteria and more. The freedom of remote work lets me explore even nearby Indianapolis and get the best of both urban and rural life.

In the same day, I'm able to be remotely productive at work, explore the next best (and unknown) coffee shop, bike/run as many miles as I wish (the Noblesville/Fishers area has a quite extensive trail system), and participate in a local event of my choice, just to name a few.

Impressive.

Whenever I'm in downtown Noblesville I drop by Noble Coffee & Tea Company. The drinks are fantastic, the space is comfortable, and there's a TON of seating if you want to get some work done or just hang out for a while.

This afternoon we ate at Grindstone Public House and I ordered the Wagyu Cheeseburger! The patty is a formed by hand generous portion of Halperns’ signature wagyu ground beef patty..so juicy, crowned with nueske’s thick slab bacon, runny fried egg and shmear of dijonnaise on a bun soft but sturdy- the combination of tastes and textures where out of this world! ...oh yeah and the sweet potato fries were just as good!

There is no place like home. Noblesville has been my home my entire life. Our beautiful, vibrant, historic Downtown Square sets it apart from all surrounding cities. The perfect day in my hometown includes a family bike ride to Federal Hill Commons for our massive Noblesville Main Street Farmers Market. After we eat breakfast, peruse the local booths and enjoy our community, we ride our bikes over to Forest Park to enjoy the historic carousel, putt putt, and a beautifully renovated playground. Then we head to the historic Downtown Square and stop at Primeval Brewing for some lunch and locally made brews. The best part... it's super family friendly and they have tons of board games for the whole family to enjoy! When our bellies and hearts are full, we stroll through the locally owned shops and boutiques. I especially enjoy Logan Village Mall, Just Lagom, and Wild Bohemian. Then we bike back home, stopping along the way to chat with our fellow Old Town neighbors. My husband and I sit on the front porch swing while our boys ride their scooters around the block or play in the backyard. To end our day, we pack up the cooler and chairs to meet up with some friends to enjoy the free Summer Concert Series at Federal Hill Commons. There are several food trucks and vendors, so dinner and snacks are taken care of and one less thing I have to pack. The kids run and dance all over the green space, play at the playground, and consume way too much sugar in the form of Kona Ice snow cones while the parents listen to the jams and enjoy each other's company.

I hope this helps you picture what a summer Saturday would look/feel like if you chose to make Noblesville your next home. There's no place like it, especially if you're raising a family.
