Spencer County is currently recruiting job-seekers who:
Make at least $20,000 in their current employment and will secure new full-time employment earning at least $50,000 annually in Spencer County, IN for the entirety of the program term
Are 18 years or older
Currently reside outside of Indiana
Will relocate primary residence to Spencer County within 6 months
Will provide employment and residency documentation to determine eligibility
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
