Currently reside outside the state of Indiana
Commit to moving to the South Bend-Elkhart Region for at least one year
Will secure full-time employment in the healthcare industry earning at least $60,000 annually in the South Bend-Elkhart Region
Will provide employment and residency documentation to determine eligibility
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
