Fayetteville

Combining a small-town vibe with the buzz and excitement of a lively college town, Fayetteville consistently ranks in the U.S. News and World Report’s top five best places to live in America. Home to the University of Arkansas, thousands of alumni join students every Saturday throughout the fall to cheer on the immensely popular Arkansas Razorbacks football team. Fayetteville provides countless outdoor recreational opportunities, from cycling the 37-mile Razorback Regional Greenway to camping and fishing at nearby Lake Fayetteville, a 600-acre lake and park. The Historic Fayetteville Square, notably Dickson Street, is home to several buildings on the National Register of Historic Places and serves as the main entertainment district offering unique bars and restaurants; as well as George’s Majestic Lounge, the oldest live music venue in Arkansas. From November through January, Fayetteville decorates the Square with over 500,000 LED lights for the annual Lights of the Ozarks. Located 30 minutes away, the Northwest Arkansas National Airport offers direct flights to several major cities, including Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City.

We are a small town with modern sensibilities—close-knit, yet global. We welcome 30 new faces a day, from across the country and the globe, and we’re better for it. As a community, we work hard to create space for all to connect and share their stories, exchange ideas, and to be at home.
