MI Home Loan - The MI Home Loan program is a mortgage product that is available to first-time homebuyers (have not owned a home in the previous 3 years) state-wide and repeat homebuyers in targeted areas. All homebuyers work directly with a participating lender. Household income, family size, property location, sales price, and credit score impact eligibility. Read more at this link.
MI 10K Down Payment Assistance - The MI 10K Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Program helps homebuyers with low and moderate incomes by providing up to $10,000 toward down payment, closing costs, and prepaid expenses. This assistance, available statewide, comes in the form of an interest-free loan. This program must be combined with an MSHDA MI Home Loan and homebuyer education certificate of completion is required for all homebuyers. Read more at this link.

Michigan Reconnect Scholarship - Michigan Reconnect is a last-dollar scholarship program that pays for you to attend your in-district community college tuition-free or offers a large tuition discount if you attend an out-of-district community college. Michigan Achievement Scholarship - The Michigan Achievement Scholarship is designed to help recent high school graduates in Michigan receive funds for continuing education. Eligible students could receive financial aid to attend a college or university with the Michigan Achievement Scholarship, or for a career training program with the Michigan Achievement Skills Scholarship. The State of Michigan is recruiting job-seekers who:
Currently reside outside of the State of Michigan
Must relocate primary residence to the State of Michigan within 6 months
Will secure full-time employment in the State of Michigan
Will provide employment and residency documentation to confirm eligibility
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible

Are program amenities taxable?

How It Works
This community is participating in the MakeMyMove on-platform application process. Apply in a few minutes. You’ll receive a response to your application, and will have access to a team to help along the way.

Qualifying applicants will receive an introduction to the local sponsors of the program who will answer your questions, and help you decide if the community is the right fit.
3. Confirm Eligibility
Once you’ve been selected, we’ll confirm your eligibility for the program and facilitate a formal offer from the community.
4. Accept and Make Your Move
Accept your offer to reserve your spot in the program, and let us know when you arrive to receive the incentive.
