Currently reside at least 100 miles outside of Mercer County, PA
Can relocate to Mercer County, PA within 6 months
Will secure full-time employment in Mercer County earning over $50,000 annually for the entirety of the program term
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
Must be willing to stay in Mercer County, PA for at least two years
