Mercer County is currently recruiting job-seekers who:
Currently reside at least 100 miles outside of Mercer County, PA
Will secure full-time employment in Mercer County earning over $50,000 annually for the entirety of the program term
Must secure housing in city limits of Hermitage, Farrell, Sharon, or Greenville.
Are 18 years or older
Remote workers, gig workers and self-employed workers are not eligible
Must be willing to stay in Mercer County, PA for at least two years
