Discovering West Memphis

One thing I’ve really enjoyed about relocating to West Memphis from Missouri about 3 months ago is discovering little gems I didn’t know were here.

Today, I discovered the walking trail at Tilden Rodgers Sports Complex. The mile-long trail winds around a beautiful pond, making it a peaceful little escape for walking, clearing my mind, and enjoying the outdoors.

And I got lucky enough to spot several ducks along the way! 🦆 It was such a simple thing, but it made the walk even more enjoyable.

Then came another surprise… West Memphis has a Starbucks! 😂☕️

I’ll be honest—I’m still discovering this city, and experiences like this remind me that sometimes you have to slow down and actually explore where you live. There may be more hidden gems here than I initially realized.

West Memphis definitely has its challenges, but I’m beginning to appreciate some of the things that make it home. ❤️
