Third Thursday on Poyntz Avenue takes over the 300 and 400 blocks and nearby side streets with art, live music, performances, and open-late shops from 5 to 8 PM. We’re guided by the crowd to grab a bite, browse galleries and boutiques, and stop for pop-up games and sidewalk artists along the way.

It’s free, and parking is found around downtown, then the four-block stretch is an easy walk. We’re joined by adults, families, and kids, and it feels like small-town charm in the Little Apple, with food and drink specials adding to the evening.
