Our Journey to Manhattan!

My family and I moved here from West Monroe, LA in June of this year. We really enjoy the family atmosphere and the welcoming community. We've enjoyed the community pool and I have hit the ground running as Associate Director of Bands at Kansas State University. We are excited for the fall season to watch the Wildcats play football and to hear the Pride of Wildcat Land!

We recommend patience with the housing market. When we were searching, there was not inventory that we were immediately interested in, but we learned that the market moves faster than the community that we lived in previously.

We would encourage those considering a move to Manhattan to get connected in the community as soon as possible, and MakeMyMove is a fantastic place to start!
