Moved from Virginia to Kansas at the end of May. Riley County is a nice place. Manhattan has a lot to offer for a small town. They have an excellent public library. The fishing in the area is pretty good, which I was not expecting. See attached fish. I'd recommend trying to find an independent landlord if you can avoid the big property management companies.
