Stolhand-Wells Group started in 1977 as a small family-owned HVAC company and now is among Ponca City’s major employers. The company expanded from 3rd Street to Lake Road, then into the former Mid-Con building, bringing 147 employees under one roof with room to grow. Oklahoma’s Innovation Expansion Program awarded $120,000 in 2025. Josh and Jessica Fields purchased the company in 2025 and carry its legacy forward, still growing and choosing Ponca City.
