Music in the Garden is a relaxed Thursday-night series in September at LA Cann Memorial Gardens in Ponca City. It’s held at 6 p.m., admission is free, and blankets and lawn chairs are brought for simple live performances surrounded by the colors of the season.

Picnics are spread on the lawn, friends and families settle in, and unhurried sets carry across the paths and beds. It’s often treated as an easy weeknight hang, a small-town tradition with conversation, music, and the garden all part of the evening.
