Kaw Lake Equestrian Trails wind through prairie, woods, and lakeshore. Five Fingers links Burbank Landing and Sarge Creek Cove, and Eagle View runs about 12 miles between Osage Cove and Burbank Landing. We are often found taking in lake views and sunsets on horseback or on foot, with loops allowing longer outings.

Sarge Creek works well as a base with equestrian campsites, horse pens, and a boat ramp. Riders bring their own horses. Parking and trailheads sit within lakeside areas about eight miles from Ponca City. Camping is reserved through Kaw Lake campgrounds, and fees apply. Weekdays feel especially relaxed.
