Cherokee Strip Golf Classic is a three-day pro-am with 18-hole play at Ponca City Country Club and Wentz Memorial Golf Course. A practice round comes first, then two tournament rounds, and we are shuttled between courses. Food, drinks, and evening entertainment are built in.

Golfers, PGA professionals, sponsors, volunteers, and guests tend to fill the scene, with a friendly mix of competition and fellowship. Parking is simplest for participants and sponsors. It is known as the nation’s longest-running freestanding pro-am, and proceeds support the Opportunity Center.
