5th Annual Hispanic Heritage Festival fills Grand Avenue in front of the Ponca City Library with an afternoon street party. We’re greeted by live music, traditional dancers, and local singers, while food and craft vendors line the block. Kids’ activities are set up inside the library area, lawn chairs get unfolded, and admission is free.

It’s an easy walk around the library on Grand, with street parking nearby. Volume climbs during performances with music, dancing, and announcements, and we tend to come for plates of traditional Hispanic and Latino foods, handmade crafts, raffles, and a family friendly scene.
