⭐ 250 Stars & Stories: Living History in Kingman ⭐
One of the things that makes living in Kingman special is how closely our community is connected to its history. Nearly a year ago, members of the Daughters of the American Revolution gathered here for a dedication ceremony honoring the stories and sacrifices that helped shape our nation.
Moments like this aren’t rare in Kingman. They’re part of everyday life. History is shared at community events, taught to our kids, and honored by neighbors who care deeply about where they live and how their stories are preserved.
As we look ahead to America’s 250th birthday, the 250 Stars & Stories Committee is inviting residents—new and longtime alike—to be part of planning a full year of celebration. This effort is about more than events; it’s about joining the community, sharing ideas, and helping shape how Kingman honors its past while celebrating its future.
If you’re looking for a place where civic pride, family, and community involvement still matter, Kingman is a great place to land.
