Halloween Trick-or-Treating Alive and Well in Hutchinson

On October 31st thousands of Hutchinson Kids got to satisfy their sweet tooth. Particularly in the historic neighborhood of Hyde Park, which saw over 2000 trick-or-treaters in that one neighborhood alone.
