Change is coming with the new Riverfront Reimagined project!

Exciting things are happening in downtown Huntington! The Community Foundation of Huntington County is helping bring a new riverfront gathering space to life along the river, creating even more opportunities to connect, explore, and enjoy nature!

✨ So, what’s in the vision?

• A riverfront terrace with seating near the water

• A pedestrian promenade connecting downtown to the river

• Green space and outdoor gathering areas for families and friends

• Spaces for community events and future recreation

Made possible through a grant from Lilly Endowment Inc., this project reflects the ideas and priorities shared by Huntington residents and is part of a broader vision for downtown revitalization. As a local who lives close to the river, I can't wait to see the finished project!
