Many communities have a small number of available rentals at any given time. Being flexible with:

- Move-in date
- Property type
Not All Rentals Are Listed Online
Don’t be discouraged if listings are limited on major rental websites. Some of the best housing opportunities come from:

Ask About Utilities & Internet Early
Availability can vary widely by location. Before signing a lease, confirm:
- Internet provider availability
- Internet speeds (especially important for remote work)
- Utility responsibilities (water, electric, trash, gas)
Be Prepared to Act Quickly
When a good option becomes available:
- Have documents ready (proof of income, ID, references)
- Respond promptly to messages
- Be clear about your move timeline
