Natural Bridge is a sweeping sandstone arch with broad views over Red River Gorge. We’re often pointed to the Skylift on hot days since it gives an easy ride up and keeps energy fresh for exploring at the top. Pack water, sunscreen, a sunhat, and take shade breaks between overlooks.

At 30 L&E Railroad Place in Slade, the tourism office is free and open Monday to Saturday 9 to 5 and Sunday 9 to 3. We’re helped with maps, hike ideas, and climbing questions, and a traveling art exhibit can be enjoyed through July 19.
