After spending years away from their hometown of Pikeville, Kentucky, Dr. Molly was in her residency at the Mayo Clinic when she and her husband Rhett, found themselves at a crossroads - should they stay in Rochester, a community they had grown to love, or return to be closer to their family and friends in Eastern Kentucky. 

After Rhett came across an article about MakeMyMove he said that seeing Pikeville listed as one of the communities offering relocation incentives, “made us feel like the community genuinely wanted us back.”
