Good afternoon, I am a disabled veteran. I’m paid from VA and Social Security giving me plenty of money to spend in the area I move to. But is this something I can qualify for? I’m terrible with money and I like to spend, allowing me to put money back into the community and state. Must be close to a body of water. I love to fish 🎣 and as a disabled veteran it soothes the soul.
